Judge Nolan-Plutchak is a Judge on the Wood County Circuit Court. Every day in her Courtroom, she ensures that Wood County remains a place where all voices are heard, cases are decided impartially, and justice is delivered efficiently and transparently.
Making Wood County Stronger and Safer
Judge Nolan-Plutchak is making the County stronger and safer by presiding over the Wood County Adult Drug Treatment Court. She works with prosecutors, public defenders, law enforcement, probation officers and community partners in Drug Court to save taxpayer dollars by ending the revolving door of repeat offenses, and helping turn lives around. Judge Nolan-Plutchak is a recognized expert on Treatment Courts and in the treatment court field and has been involved at the local, state, and national levels on the continued development and improvement of these effective Courts.

The first woman to serve the people of Wood County on the Circuit Court, Judge Nolan-Plutchak will be on the non-partisan ballot in April of 2026. She is the mom of twins Declan and Ryland, seventh graders at Wisconsin Rapids Area Middle School. The family, along with their dogs Finnegan and Noelle, lives in Wisconsin Rapids.
